We work as retailers do
Many of our clients are managing multiple priorities simultaneously. They don’t have time to chase contractors for updates or re-explain their brief three times. Therefore, we won’t make them. Each project has a single point of contact, a senior project manager who knows your brief, your brand standards and your constraints. He will proactively update you, identify problems early and provide honest answers about timeline and cost, not just what you want to hear. What actually exists.
Additionally, most retail projects take place in occupied buildings. Your store may still be open. Shopping centres typically have strict hours of operation. Noise restrictions apply to adjacent tenants. We have dealt with each of these issues. Operating in live environments is not something we manage around. It is how we typically operate.
What we actually deliver
We handle new builds, full refurbishments, extensions and interior fit-outs. When it comes to fit-outs (interior) that means everything from first fix m/e thru joinery, flooring, lighting, signage and snagging. We do not pass off to other teams at a complicated stage; we see it through.
For retailers with multiple locations, we run rollout programs across concurrent sites. Our central program team coordinates schedules, manages the supply chain, and maintains quality standards across all locations. Regardless of whether you’re opening two stores or twenty, the standard does not drop.
